We specialise in printing high-quality designs on a wide range of products including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, bags, pillowcases, tea towels, cushion covers, aprons, wall banners and much more! Our selection is designed to add a touch of magic to your everyday items.

Once you've selected your goodies and placed an order, the magic begins! Your request sets off on a little journey to our printing pals at Digitees in Papamoa. With skill and care, they bring your creation to life, ensuring it's perfect down to the last detail. Once complete, your delightful package is sent straight to your doorstep, ready to add a touch of joy to your world!

Where does the name "Blingle" come from?

Ah, the tale of how Blingle got its name is a sparkly little story, sprinkled with fun! Think of 'Blingle' as a mash-up of two fabulous things: the pizzazz of 'Bling' and the catchy rhythm of a 'Jingle'.

'Bling' is all about that sparkle – like the twinkle of stars on a clear night, or the glitter on your favorite party dress. It's the stuff that makes you feel a little bit glamorous and a lot more joyful.

'Jingle' is the rhythm of happiness. It's the toe-tapping beat of your favorite song, the hum of a happy tune on a sunny day, or the laughter that rings out when you're having a blast.

Put 'jingle' and 'bling' in a blender, and what do you get? Blingle – a word that dances right off the tongue and into your heart! It's not just a name; it's our way of life. How can I place an order with Blingle?

Placing an order with Blingle is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the items you'd like, enter any personalisation details where applicable, add the items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and voilà! Your order will be on its way.

How do I personalise my chosen items?

A selection of our products are customisable. Once you've selected one of these items, look for the personalisation options on the product page. Usually you can add names, dates, or other custom text depending on the product and design.

Be sure to double-check your entries for accuracy before completing your purchase as all products are printed to order so they can not be returned or refunded if you make a mistake - please refer to our returns policy

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No, we don't! You can place an order for just one item if you wish. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal and Afterpay. Feel free to choose the option that suits you best.

Can I make changes to my order once its been placed?

We process orders promptly and so unfortunately once an order is placed we are usually unable to make changes to it. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is just right. If you have any concerns after placing an order, please reach out to our printing support team at Digitees as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist you if we can.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
 
How long will it take to receive my order?

Our team is all hands on deck to get your orders processed and shipped out swiftly. To keep you in the loop, we always display the current production times right in the banner at the top of our page. Under regular circumstances, standard orders typically take 5 working days* to print, starting from when your payment is confirmed. Need it faster? Check out our 'rush order' option at checkout, where we speed things up and print your product in just 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Keep in mind, during high-demand times like the Christmas season or right after our summer break, printing may take a bit longer. For the most up-to-date info, just glance at our banner. Post-printing delivery times will differ based on your location. For more specifics on delivery within New Zealand and internationally, hop over to our shipping info page. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please remember that we cannot guarantee courier services as these are beyond our control. Remember, these shipping durations can vary, especially in peak periods like Christmas.

* Just so you know, our print shop operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays), and we take a two-week summer hiatus over Christmas (yes, it's summer in December down here in the Southern Hemisphere - beach Christmas, anyone? 🌞🎄).

How much does shipping cost?

Within New Zealand, orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this threshold, please refer to our shipping information page for detailed pricing.

For international deliveries, shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the number of products you've chosen. You can find specific pricing details on our shipping information page. Please note that all shipping costs on this page are listed in New Zealand dollars. 

Can I track the status of my order?

Absolutely! If you have set up an account with us you can track your order through the "My Account" page.  

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry no, in order to keep our prices down and pass those savings on to you, we are an online store only.

How do you ship your products?

We ship in home and commercially compostable courier satchels with no extra packaging apart from care instructions. Check out our sustainability page for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do as we believe in spreading the Blingle magic far and wide! Please visit our shipping information page for more information.

Please note, during the Christmas season we recommend referring to the NZ Post website for delivery cut-off dates for each country as well as taking into account our current turnaround time which is displayed in the banner at the top of the page . Delivery cut-off dates can be as early as mid-November for some countries so if you would like some Christmas Blingle sparkle in your life for the festive season, be sure to get your order in early to avoid disapointment!

Don't forget, you can also change the currency at the top of the page to view prices in your preferred currency, making your shopping experience even easier.

Can I use a different billing and shipping address?

Yes, you will get the option to do this before you confirm the purchase and process the payment.

How should I wash and take care of my product(s)?

Ensuring your cherished Blingle products remain as vibrant and delightful as the day you received them is important to us. Please refer to our care instructions for specific details. 

What does "preshrunk" mean?

You'll notice that a lot of our garments have been "preshrunk". "Preshrunk" refers to a process in which fabric is treated before it's used to make a garment. During this process, the fabric is washed and sometimes exposed to high temperatures to reduce the likelihood of further shrinking once the garment is washed by the customer. This ensures that the garment maintains its size and fit after laundering, providing a more consistent and reliable fit over time. So, when you see "preshrunk" in our product descriptions, you can trust that the garment has undergone this treatment. Please note this minimises post-purchase shrinkage but some shrinkage may still occur.

Do you have a sizing guide for garments?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. Each product comes with its own size measurement chart in the listing or you can also find it in our Product and Sizing Guide. Keep in mind that sizes may vary between brands, so it's essential to check these charts carefully. For reference, Body Width for tops is measured flat from seam to seam, typically under the armpit, while Body Length is measured from the shoulder to the hem. Please note that measurements can vary by +/- 2.5cm, which is within our supplier's tolerance. We strongly recommend that you read our Product and Sizing Guide for specific instructions for comparing measurements with a garment you already own to ensure the best fit. 

Please be aware that due to the custom nature of our products, we're unable to process returns or offer refunds for sizing issues so please check size measurements carefully. 

Do you have a style guide for garments?

How do I choose the right size and fit for my body regardless of gender identity?

At Blingle, we offer a range of clothing items, some of which are categorized by our suppliers as men's or women's. However, we understand that everyone's preferences and styles are unique. That's why we encourage you to choose the fit that feels right for you, regardless of the initial classification. Whether you prefer a more relaxed fit, a slim fit, or something in between, we're here to help you find the perfect match for your personal style. You can refer to our "Key Features" and "Size Guide" sections on each product listing for advice on fit and detailed measurements.  For additional details, we highly recommend visiting our Product and Size Guide.

Do you sell plus-size garments?

Absolutely! At Blingle, we believe that style and comfort should be accessible to everyone, regardless of size. That's why we offer a range of sizes to accommodate different body types.

For our women's collection, some of our garments are available up to size 5XL and others up to size 24. In our men's collection, we go up to a size 5XL in some garments. Please refer to the Product and Sizing Guide for specific measurements - we recommend comparing these to the measurements of a garment you already own which fits you well.

Where do you get your blank products to print on from?

At Blingle, we take pride in delivering products of exceptional quality. That's why we've partnered with a select group of industry-leading companies, each known for their unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and premium materials. Our trusted suppliers provide the canvas for our creations, ensuring that every t-shirt, tea towel, and tote bag embodies the standard of excellence that defines Blingle. DESIGNS AND PRINTING
 
What type of printing do you do on your products?

We offer a variety of printing types, depending on the product.

  • Direct to Garment (DTG) printing: this is where the design is printed directly onto the garment or textile using a specialised inkjet printer. The finished print feels soft and breathable. The fibres of the garment are sometimes visible through the ink depending on the ink colour and garment colour.

 

  • Direct to Film (DTF) printing: this is the process of printing onto specialised film which is then transferred to the garment with a heat press. The finished print feels thicker than DTG printing but is not breathable. 

 

  • Sublimation: A special dye-sublimation printer uses heat to turn liquid dye into gas which then permeates onto materials like plastic, ceramics, card and fabric.

Do you do custom designs?

Currently, we're sticking to our curated collection of designs that we've poured our hearts into. But don't let that dim your creative spark! RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 
What is your returns policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your Blingle products. In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that only items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, customer errors with personalisation or wrong sizes. Please refer to our returns policy for further details and how to initiate a refund or exchange. 

Can I exchange or get a refund if my garment doesn't fit correctly?

Unfortunately, we're unable to process returns or offer refunds for sizing issues. Since each garment is printed to order, we encourage you to refer to the sizing guide provided for each item before making a purchase. If needed, you can measure an existing garment that fits you well and compare it to the sizing chart for assistance. See our Product and Size Guide for instructions for measuring garments. 

My product arrived and it is damaged / faulty - what should I do?

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please reach out to our customer support team at sales@digitees.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your purchase, with your order number and clear photos of the damaged/faulty item. Their dedicated team will assess the issue and work with you to find the best solution. You may have to return the product back but please note that return shipping costs are not covered. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.

What happens if an item I have purchased is out of stock?

Like most other printers, our printers do not hold stock of all the apparel options we have on our site, and order them from our suppliers once orders are confirmed. Occasionally, an item you have ordered on our site will be out of stock with our supplier. This is out of our control. We will always let you know by the next business day after your order and will either give you alternatives, or can fully refund for any out of stock items.

GIFTS
 
Do you offer gift wrapping or personal messages?

At this time, we don't offer gift wrapping, but some of our products can be personalised. This is a wonderful way to add a special touch to your gift.

Do you sell gift certifigrcates?

Absolutely! If you're having trouble deciding from our wide range of products, consider getting a gift certificate. Purchasing one is easy -  visit our Gift Certificate page, choose the amount, add the lucky recipient's details and a special message, then add it to cart. Once purchased, the gift certificate will be sent directly to the recipient's email address, making it a convenient and thoughtful gift. All of our gift certificates are given a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase.

Ah, if only! While our Blingle products are designed to dazzle and delight, they haven't quite mastered the art of genie magic. They can't grant wishes like turning your Monday into a Friday or making calories disappear. But they sure can add a touch of sparkle and joy to your everyday life, making every moment feel a little more magical. So while you might not get three wishes, you'll definitely get plenty of 'oohs' and 'aahs'!"
